Rebekah Taylor is a Private Client Executive in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department at Harold G Walker Solicitors, based in the Wimborne office. She joined the firm in October 2024, bringing with her several years of experience in Private Client work.
Rebekah specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. She is known for her empathetic and client-focused approach and is committed to providing clear, practical and compassionate support, particularly when clients and their families are navigating difficult or sensitive circumstances.
Rebekah also assists clients with Emergency Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, recognising the importance of accessible legal advice when urgent or unforeseen circumstances arise. At her discretion, she offers appointments outside of office hours; to help ensure clients can access the advice and support they need when it matters most.
Before joining Harold G Walker, Rebekah worked as a Private Client Paralegal at a local law firm, where she developed her experience in estate planning and probate matters. Prior to this, she worked in Management of Affairs and Court of Protection matters, gaining experience in supporting vulnerable individuals and their families and developing a strong understanding of the particular care and sensitivity these matters require.
Rebekah holds an LLB Law degree and an LLM in International Law from the University of Lincoln. She is currently working towards qualification as a solicitor through the SQE route, further developing her legal knowledge and professional expertise. She is also a Student Member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, reflecting her particular interest in supporting clients with later-life legal matters and her commitment to continuing professional development within the Private Client sector.
Alongside her professional work, Rebekah was elected Charities Officer for the Bournemouth and District Junior Lawyers Division for the 2025/2026 year, demonstrating her commitment to supporting the local legal community and charitable initiatives.
