Who’s who in a Family or Civil Court? 

We always attempt to resolve our clients’ disputes amicably, negotiating with the other party an agreeable compromise, whether that’s achieved through mediation or collaborative law. However sometimes when all alternative options are exhausted and still no resolution can be found we would then look to the courts to determine an outcome for the dispute.
