Christmas Tree Competition Hot’s Up With Local Radio Judge

There’s nothing like a bit of friendly competition to get everyone in the festive spirit- and the annual Christmas Tree Competition was certainly ‘hotting’ up as HGW were joined by Hot Radio’s breakfast DJ, Karl Davies to judge this year’s trees.

It’s now a long standing tradition that each of Harold G Walker’s four offices decorates their own Christmas Trees, which are displayed in the receptions area of each branch. Every year the trees are judged by an independent party, who selects the winner of the best decorated tree, the winning office then receives a Christmas hamper.

This years competition was judged by local Hot Radio DJ, Karl Davies who visited each of the firms four offices and announced the winning tree on Tuesday’s Breakfast Show. During the show the local radio DJ persuaded Managing Partner, Nicola Lowe to change the winning prize to an extra days holiday for each staff member. Karl awarded the Broadstone office with first prize and the Wimborne office won the runners up prize of the Christmas hamper.
