Residential Conveyancing Fees

Whether you are are buying or selling a property, using Harold G Walker Solicitors for your conveyancing puts you in very safe hands. Due to the very nature of property transactions, conveyancing fees will need to reflect the particular requirements of your sale or purchase. You may be purchasing a new-build freehold property or you could be dealing with a listed building, which in itself may have additional unknown complexities.

Because of these variations, a reliable estimate for your conveyancing fees will be confirmed once details of your intended transaction have been received. Fees for conveyancing are detailed below, however, in the event of your transaction having any unexpected complications, you will be informed immediately.

The cost included in the quote we have given you covers the  AML due diligence that is required in accordance with our policies. If your circumstances are more complex and involve us in further investigations into source of funds or source of wealth we will make a further charge which will be assessed based on the circumstances of your individual matter.

Your Lawyer/Solicitor will fully discuss the potential consequences with you before any additional charges are incurred.

Specialist services available from Harold G Walker include:
