Iain Lorrimer is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) with over 26 years of expertise in Residential Conveyancing. Iain deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales; purchases; remortgages;lease extensions, transfers of equity and equity release transactions.

Having worked in three high street firms, both large and small in the Dorset/Hampshire region, Iain has an extensive working knowledge of the area, although he is experienced to deal with residential property all over England. Iain has returned to work at Harold G Walker Solicitors, where he commenced his legal career, and is pleased to have had the opportunity to rejoin the conveyancing department.
Outside of his professional life, Iain enjoys playing golf and trying to improve his technique; landscape photography; walking and keeping fit with yoga. He also has a keen interest in aviation history, particularly the First World War, as his Grandfather had been a Royal Flying Corp pilot.
