Gaynor Cooke is a Partner and Head of the Wills & Probate department with Harold G Walker Solicitors. A Probate specialist and chartered legal executive, her significant experience enables her to deal with all aspects of life planning.
Gaynor started her legal training via the Legal Executive route in 1993 and was accepted as a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in June 1999. As a probate specialist, she is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and as such, is subject to an extensive Code of Professional Conduct. All STEP members are required to act with integrity and in a manner that inspires confidence, respect and trust of their clients and of the wider community. Gaynor is no exception and is able to deal with all aspects of probate and estate administration, Trusts, Deputyship Orders, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Will writing and succession advice.
Away from work, Gaynor enjoys a very busy family life. She also loves travelling abroad and experiencing new cultures.
