Laura is one of Harold G. Walker’s Solicitors and specialises in residential conveyancing and property work from our Office in Christchurch.

Laura specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This includes; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, retirement purchases and all aspects of Probate and Estate conveyancing.

Laura’s clients enjoy her practical and approachable style and she works very closely with a number of local estate agents, brokers, and lenders to ensure transactions run as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Laura has enjoyed a progressive career with the firm since 2010 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.
