Chartered Legal Executive
Rebecca started her legal career in 2001 where she studied for her ILEX qualification at Bournemouth and Poole College. Since qualifying in 2010 Rebecca has built an outstanding reputation and a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of Wills and Probate issues.
As a probate lawyer, Rebecca specialises in helping clients to look after their private affairs. For example, helping to draft a Will, and ensuring all relevant tax and other consequences are taken into account. She can also assist with Powers of Attorney (LPA’s) and Court of Protection matters. Through building strong client relationships, she will ensure there is someone who can look after your property and run your bank account if you do lose mental capacity in the future to do so.
In addition to this Rebecca is also experienced in handling all aspects of Administration of Estate and can advise on all matters including applying for the Grant of Probate.
In Rebecca’s spare time she enjoys evenings out with her friends and travelling with her fiancé.
