Jane started her legal career in 2003 as Legal Administrator having joined the in-house legal department of a southern-based Registered Provider of Social Housing. She commenced her formal legal training whilst working in-house via the Legal Executive route in 2004 with Bournemouth & Poole College of Further Education and subsequently via distance learning.
She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executives in July 2010, having studied:
As a Conveyancing Lawyer, Jane has experience of dealing with both freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; development site acquisition including the grant of shared ownership leases; the management of long leaseholds including statutory and voluntary lease extensions and some commercial lease work.
Away from work, Jane enjoys all aspects of dance, from watching dance performances to participating herself in salsa, jive and ceroc.
