This is a fantastic opportunity at both our Verwood and Broadstone offices for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our friendly conveyancing team. You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35-hour week. We offer an attractive salary ranging from £24,000 -£27,000 which will be based on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
The Candidate:
- You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of conveyancing.
- You should have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
- You should have good IT skills. The use of Office 365 packages, case management systems and hosted telephony services is desirable, but full and ongoing training will be provided.
- You should be willing to adopt a strong compliance culture, and training is provided as required.
- You must be able to prioritise your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
- You must possess accurate typing skills and pay attention to detail.
