Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our friendly conveyancing team at our Verwood office.
The Package:
This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35 hour week. We offer an attractive salary which will be based on individual’s qualifications and experience.
The Candidate:
· You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of conveyancing.

· You should have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
· You should have good IT skills. The use of Office 365 packages, case management systems and hosted telephony services is desirable, but full and ongoing training will be provided.
· You should be willing to adopt a strong compliance culture, but full initial and ongoing training is provided.
· You must be able to prioritise your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
· You must possess accurate typing skills and pay attention to detail.
