Conveyancing Legal Executive
Karen joins the Harold G Walker team as our experienced Conveyancer for our busy Christchurch office, providing expert guidance on all aspects related to residential Conveyancing.
Karen’s first interest in property was sparked when she began working for a sales and lettings agents in 1998. She then went onto study a career in Law specialising in Conveyancing, in 2008 Karen qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Her specialism in residential conveyancing enables her to handle even the most complex of freehold and leasehold properties as well as remortgages and transfers of equity.
Karen thrives on the challenge and fast pace nature of conveyancing, and always takes a proactive approach to problem solving. She understands how stressful buying and selling property can be, and prides herself in taking the time to explain each stage of the process, keeping all parties in a transaction fully informed. Karen enjoys working with all clients, whether buying their first property and needing a bit of extra support, or adding to an existing portfolio of properties. Her friendly and approachable attitude makes her valued member of the Harold G Walker team.
Having been born and bred in Dorset, Karen loves the outdoors and often enjoys long walks and cycling in the local area. Her love of animals has also led her to become the proud owner of a Ragdoll cat called Rupert. Karen also has a keen interest in scuba diving and looks forward to her overseas trips where she makes good use of her PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver qualification.
